His post graduate employment was with Title Guaranty Escrow Services, Inc., where for two years he was an Escrow Associate. During his time there, Travis closed property transactions and achieved title report mastery, as well as handled lease to fee conversions, foreclosures and refinances. The position required a high degree of customer responsiveness and problem-solving skills. The experience and the in-depth introduction to the world of real estate escrow ultimately led Travis to focus his law practice in the area of Real Estate and Business and Commercial law.
Travis was born and raised on Oahu and is a graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy. One of Travis’ passions is playing guitar, which he learned as a youth taking lessons at a popular local music store in Pearl City. In high school, Travis was an electric guitar instructor and a teaching assistant at that same music store. He played electric guitar at occasional gigs, but today he primarily plays acoustic guitar in more casual settings. In his spare time, Travis also enjoys playing golf and watching University of Washington football.
