Fraudulent Email Warning

Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert would like to inform our clients that it has become aware of fraudulent emails that appear as if they are coming from a hawaiilawyer.com email address, for example, they may look like they were sent by one of our Attorneys, our support staff, a Remittance Department, etc. Please know that we take cyber security very seriously. Additionally, our firm will never unexpectedly request confidential personal information over email. Out of an abundance of caution, we suggest that any emails requesting confidential personal information, a wire transfer of funds, or otherwise attempting to redirect payments should be viewed as suspicious. If you receive a suspicious email that appears to be coming from our firm, please confirm the validity of the email by calling us at (808) 531-8031 before replying to the email, opening any attachments, clicking on any links in the email, or remitting any funds. We apologize for any inconvenience.
