Damon Key Lawyers Present CLE Sessions at the HSBA Annual Meeting

Recently, three Damon Key lawyers were featured speakers at the Hawaii State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting. Robert Thomas spoke about “The Top Ten Appellate Traps, and How to Avoid Them.” Chris Leong moderated a panel discussion with Chief Justice Recktenwald (HAWSCT), Chief Judge Nakamura (Intermediate Court of Appeals), and Clyde Wadsworth (Hawaii Solicitor General) on insider’s appellate tips and do’s and don’ts from the bench and lectern.

Finally, Tred Eyerly spoke to the Section on Environmental Law about insurance coverage issues in environmental litigation. Tred is pictured above, Chris and the jurists, below.
